it reads like a moto gp weekend review. people dont buy adventure bikes to see how they go round the IOM TT course. the one most like an R1 won the test. hmmmmm

Funny you say that, but the only thing stopping me taking my GS to the IoM TT for a lap on mad Sunday is that the ferry is booked solid... :-(

Surely you realise it is us riders blessed with our new purchase that can now walk on water. As a consequence, the bike merely follows.
