Whilst my FD is with mikeyboy for a rebuild
I was thinking of whipping out the non esa standard shocker mad Spring having it reworked and a spring fitted to my weight the guys at MCT http://www.mctsuspension.com/Home.html
Seem like they know what there talking about at not bad money
My question is has anyone else used them? And what did you think?
I'll be sending it there and back via a courier as there miles away
Cheers in advance

wouldn't take suspension work anywhere else. Darren has transormed every bike i've take there

Throw a curved ball in here. What about Firefox racing in Keighley, close enough you could visit? They rebuilt mine but then I didnt ask for anything extra as I dont mind the standard set up. Having said that a slightly stiffer spring would've been worth a try.

I used em a couple of months ago to rebuild my front ESA shock, quick turnaround and a nice bunch of blokes

You won't go wrong by using MCT. A fair few R1100S owners have send then the OE Showa shocks for service. Came away impressed. Mine is there currently.

I avoided MCT for servicing a Dutch built WP shock because they were HOW MUCH its only a service.

Bad move. The "expert" who did the job used the wrong internal shims and it ended up so stiff it broke the connecting foot to the rising rate linkage.

I`ve had 2 bikes done by those boys :thumb2 Spend your money with MCT, an excellent outfit :thumb2:thumb2
