I decided to take the HP2 out of hibernation today for the first time for about six months. No optimate, or anything plugged in to the battery for the whole of winter, and it fired up first time.
Did around 120 miles around the South Downs, and rekindled my love affair with this bonkers bike.
It was fantastic to be out on it again after so long, the only downside is that I ache all over, and I may have gone up a neck size on my shirts after just a couple of hours!
