Memory Map to Streetpilot

I bought an off road route which goes from the M40 to Chesham from www.offroadroutes.net but it came in Memory Map format.

At the time, I struggled to get it to sync with Mapsource, but did in the end manage to extract 52 of the 77 waypoints into a text file which I then plotted manually into Mapsource before downloading into the Streetpilot. It worked a treat.

However, I now want to get the remaining waypoints out of the Memory Map file so I can finish the route. Can anyone help? I can't seem to extract them.

I have Memory Map, I have loadsa of other GPS programs and I have a few Garmin GPS's so I should be able to do it for you, but I'm going on holiday on Wednesday and wont be back home until the 31st so I may not be of much use.
