Unfortunately the time has come to sell my trusty Mercedes E320 CDI. It benefits from a factory Brabus D6 tuned ecu which takes it to a power figure of 272 bhp and 590 nm.
The car has 10 months MOT and is 20 miles shy of 160k. Miles shouldn't increase drastically as it has now been replaced by an A6 Avant, due to changes in circumstances and the need of a larger estate vehicle.
It has the better 7 speed Automatic box compared to the earlier w211 which came with a 5 speed auto. It benefits from having 2 keys and I would call it a full service history with 14 stamps and various invoices, most recent was done in December 2024 (3k miles ago) at a MB independent specialist.
In the last year or so of ownership it had a few maintainance jobs done including: Glow plugs and the glow plug module, 2 new batteries, rear abs & speed sensors, rear handbrake shoes, front brake pads and a driver side track control arm.
It is a good spec however its not the top ranging model, but still benefits from the usual auto headlights, auto windscreen wipers, parking sensors, heated front seats, cruise control & speed limiter, and the fun button that drops the rear headrests.
The full black leather interior is in great condition. Driver bolster unmarked but the seat has a tiny 1cm rip which i tried to capture in one of the pictures
The body work is clean for its age, no rust on the arches or sills. Has a couple of blemishes and scratches, and I have ttied to capture the majour ones in the pictures.
I had the car for the last 14 months and have done just over 6k miles in this time, which included a 1.5k europe trip. It's been faultless ownership, very comfortable, fast and reliable. Engine pulls well and it's smooth, and the box changes smoothly. No oil consumption from the engine and no top ups needed between oil changes.
Whilst being a big v6 given its diesel nature it still returns high 40s mpg on a long run, my record being a 49mpg and getting a whopping 691 miles out of a full tank of fuel.
It currently sits on 18 inch wheels which do have a couple of curb rashes but nothing majour. 3 tyres are on 6-7mm one might benefit from changing soonish as its only on 3.5-4mm.
Only selling as I needed an estate and had now purchased an A6 Avant, thus this car is unfortunately surplus to needs.
Disclaimer: I know it has 4d plates but they came with the car when I bought it and I've been a tight arse to change them to normal ones
I've also got the original chrome front grill which will come with the car
PRICE: £2450 or near offers for a fellow tosser
