I have the Held Tropic II jacket (and their Zaffiro II trousers)
Used them on a trip to Morocco last year, comfortable, with a windproof jacket underneath it is useable in the UK in most temperatures from spring to autumn, now prefer it to my Hein Gericke Cruise for around town rides.
It has a back protector, elbow and shoulder pads ( I have changed them to D3O all round since before the Morocco trip) and knee/hip pads in the pants (also changed, fitted the larger Rukka shoulder pads into the hip pockets as they are huge)
Not fallen off in them yet so can't advise on that side of things, they do have a 2 year warranty thou.

PS For anyone who owns other Rukka gear, don't rely entirely on just ordering the same size perhaps. The cut is different over their normal gear; I found I had to go up a size.
Agreed ..... I was advised that the Airider was the same cut as my Armaxion and it is. Except my Armaxion is fully lined whereas the Airider isn't so in hindsight I could probably have got away with going one size down
On a brighter note I've just been given a D30 back protector and a Rukka fleece I could use to layer up if it gets too chilly on a summers evening

Out of interest, my cosmic jacket is a 58 but loose, the 56 is snug but comfy. For the price benefit, moto24 have the jacket in a 56 would it be tighter than a standard Cosmic jacket?
