Metal Mule balanced pannier rack question

I would like to fit the Metal Mule balanced pannier racks. I am aware that you have to change the exhaust as well.
I have e-mailed the company over a week ago and got no reply, poor form.
My question is, what is the measurement from the exhaust hanger bolt to the inside of the MM Balanced pannier rack?
