Meteorology Software.

My Daughter is going on to study this as one of her subjects.
A few months ago i got sent some spam which for about $30 you could track any Storm, Earthquake etc etc in the world.It would alert you of problems starting in certain areas.
She has been studying 'Katrina' on its path recently.

I wish i could find this software again as i would buy it for her as it looked quite impressive.
Has anyone or anyone no of something along these lines.
I have tried a search in google but not sure whats what!

I use it all the time to make sure my house in Florida is "safe". It's even got a RSS feed.
