I’ve just had 2 Michelins fitted but when I go into the site to claim it doesn’t show the dealer that fitted the tyres so wont let me complete the claim? Bloody annoying.

I almost made the same mistake,luckily I checked before I had them fitted and changed to a participating fitter.Maybe worth firing off an email,you never know.

my local tyre fitter is on the list, however , their site wont recongnise my phone number or let me download the receipt for the tyres. what a load of wank.

My claim has been approved. So hopefully have some of Bibendum's money in my account before too long.
