I'm guessing that's a good price but jeez, I hadn't realised road tyres were so expensive. I can almost get 2 fronts and 2 rears (knobblies) for that amount of money!

just got back from a 1000 mile trip round scotland and must say these are the best tyres i have had on the GS to date. looking round said tyres yesterday they still look like new but i was amazed to see made in toyland on the sidewall(not the place were noddy lives)
over the last few months i have begun to question the bmw logic of watercooling the GS WHY? in the uk esp scotland they are all watercooled.

Just put these tyres on the gas about 500 miles ago. All the mileage done in the rain - they are by far the best wet weather tyre Ive had by a considerable margin. Very impressed.

That's a good price if you can still get it. I just paid £249 for the Trail versions and still had to fit them myself. I found them very twitchy when they were first on so needed gentle scrubbing in. Have put 600 miles on them now and I really like them so far, so much so, I just bought another set for my K1100RS.

good to know as i have been looking at getting some the dealers i got the bike off of put a maxis on the rear and i am not impressed
