i should point out that the ra3's were twitchy from the get go. the road 6's are a more rounded profile . i would imagine that the ra3's would be better suited to the knee down type of riding style.
Just about to swap my road 5s these were fitted to my 21 plate Gs at its first service in Jan 2022, 2 European trips one steady and one rather quick and 9000 miles later they are on the limit and I’ve purchased a set of road 6s that will be fitted next week cost was £300 delivered.
Will see if there is any truth in the issues reported on here when I go to Scotland for our Rob Roy trip.

Your comment about 'truth' would tend to imply that contributors that are reporting issues are reporting 'untruths' and thus lies.
I think myself and others are only reporting what they have experienced when swapping to road 6's .
It may be a personal opinion thus as yours will be when you have them fitted

Truth? So are you suggesting others are telling lies about their experiences or malicious opinions?
Had my Road 6's fitted to my 2019 R1250GS about 1500 miles ago and no hint of pulling to the left or otherwise. From reading other forums (as well as this one) it has been suggested that there was a bad batch? Whether or not that is or was the case I have no idea, but its not unknown for things like this to happen.
I have the Michelin 6’s on my GS 1200 and find them great, they replaced Roadtec O1’s which were also good tyres. Michelin’s seem to be wearing bette, only got 3500 miles out of rear Metzler.
Also have the Michelin road 6 on another bike & same confidence inspiring performance on that bike.

If that was the issue surely my bike would have pulled to the right?…..in France.
I didn’t say it was the issue, I only explained a basic law of physics. Camber combined with a vertical wheel, means the wheel will naturally track from high to low, in the absence of any other factor.
So the new tyres have been fitted by my local bike shop. Went for a run to Rosedale Abbey 120 miles later and the tyres are perfect. No problems with pulling to the side bike runs straight and true.
I have read all the notifications from other people who have had problems on various platforms and as others have said it appears a bad batch. I note that some of the issues have been dealt with in a better manner than others with the faulty tyres being replaced.

Road 6 fitted to mine to replace the original fit Anakee's. Been fine. Definitely an upgrade for me.
New rear Road 6 being fitted Thursday.

Been plugged and got me to my destination 80 miles away, at motorway speeds. Can't get a tyre in Tudela and will see if I can get one in Jaca.
Though if it holds out until there, I may just stick with it as it's not done 2k miles.
If it’s a rear tyre I’d just keep going. Did over 10,000km on my last plugged rear
But if you want / need a new tyre - when we were in Tudela last year Glenboy of this parish sourced a tyre for an R75 (arguably harder to find than a tyre for a modern bike) in Zaragoza

It's the front. All I could find here in Tudela was a Metzler or some Greek or Latvian tyre, a Mitas. I'm heading north and should be able to get one in Jaca but thanks for the tip off.
