Microsoft excel/word for idiots

Hi

I am trying to set up a graphs and just automatic information which automatically fills itself in .
Hopefully you get the general idea etc.

So how is this done, is there a guide somewhere for idiots

Select your graph (all of it) one clik of the mouse, now right clik and select source data.

In teh line 'data range' clik on the little box on the right and you will be taken to the sheet where your graph data is .

Now clik and drag with you mouse and select all the data fields you want to appear in your graph and press enter.
Now anything you enter in these fields will automatically appear in the graphs. Any time anyone of the numbers change in the data - you get a new view in the graph .
Is that what you mean ?
