Midland BT2

Im looking for a talk activated intercom system, which can be used short range bike to bike, and passager. I have looked at the Scarla, but have been told that the Midland BT2 is a far better option.
Is anybody on here using the BT2, and wot's it like?

Use one for Zumo and MP3 only. So I can't comment on your intended use, but you might find this useful http://www.webbikeworld.com/motorcycle-intercoms/midland-bt-2/

There is an alternative speaker set which you can order, the "high quality" speakers. Seem Ok.
