Guys, not my thing at all (top boxes `per se`) but I have just done a `one off` bespoke job for a client who wanted to fit a vario top box to a GSA rack - apparently BMW demand that you (us, the great unwashed
) have to buy the full rear GS rack assembly so that the top box plate will fit onto it.
He kindly supplied the BMW top box plate and commissioned me to make an `interface`so that it fitted onto the standard BMW R1200GSA rack.
As always I am keen to receive any constructive feedback and I personally think it is a little `boxy` but when the BMW plate is fitted over the top it doesn`t look too bad at all with the design really making it a very solid mounting for the top box.
Hopefully the client may wish to also leave some feedback..................
It`s as usual hand made in stainless

and comes with all fittings in stainless.
Obviously I do this sort of thing for any client/fellow tosser but if there is an interest for this item I`ll stick it in the vendors section?
Any thoughts guys? A possible good idea with appeal to the masses (or a few of us!) or just a good, one off job for a fellow biker?
Regards,
Mark.
