yes they are good. yes they are worth the price yes they make a big difference. Dont know who makes them as they were already on my F650GS when I got it. They make the difference between seeing your elbows, OR actually seeing whats lurking behind in what would be your blindspot if you didnt have them fitted. Apologies if thats not helpful in the last part of my reply, but now that I have a bike with them I dont think I would take them off....

save your money and set up the mirrors for best vision coupled with learning to keep your elbows in..

also use your neck and really see whats behind and bloody look back..
