Hello all,
I recently had a test ride on the 1200gs and as a result ordered one and can't wait to pick it up 1st March .One thing I noticed that I was not particularly convinced by was the small wing mirrors or at least I thought they were small.
I found myself craning my neck all over the place to see what was behind and yes the mirrors were in the best position for me I just found that they were so small I was having to move my head to try and get more view as to what was going on behind me and see what vehicles were near. Has anyone else had this problem or have this opinion or is it just me not getting used to the mirrors yet. My previous bike was a Fjr 1300 and the view behind was good but the mirrors were much bigger.
I know there is no comparison between bikes like these but was just giving my opinion between the two in regard to the view behind usung the mirrors.
I would be interested to know if anyone has changed the standard mirrors if yes to what?
