looking at my newish 800 today ,i noticed the wobble on the brake fluid resevoir, dont sigh ,i know it does this , looking at some others on here i noticed ,i think im missing a little bent bar from the resevoir to the wing mirror some where.
i dont have this ,should it be there to stop the wobble ,or is it an aftre market fix .
i thought people put a little shim in to stop this ?.
anyone got a picture of the bar

The whole point of the isolated wobbly reservoir is -like on a lot of current models of BMW's at the moment there to prevent aeration of the brake fluid in the reservoir from high frequency vibrations. By solid mounting the reservoir you're increasing the risk of that happening
