Missing Java Buttons

I am missing the buttons at the top of this page when using my home pc (at work they are there), just under where it says UKGSER.com. I have emailed Paul who suspects it may be something blocking Java as this is what the buttons are displayed in. I have checked the internet options / advanced setting that Java is enabled, I have downloaded the latest Java thingy.

Please can some computer bofin out there help coz its frustrating me

Thanks for all the replies but have managed to sort this problem out by turning off pop ups in norton and deleting temporary internet files and cookies and then restarting I.E.
