Mix Oil with water

After the crossing this river my lovely Gs 1200 took waters inside the engine (from the air filter maybe) and the oil he has take white colour( milk oil). Immediately I stopped my machine and I made Four changes of oils.
Does someone know what it should we make in these cases. My Gs now is hear perfectly again but....

I see you're in Greece, I'd call NLS if I was you, being a 1200GS, he'll know exactly how to sort it out
