Mobile phone battery needed

Looked everywhere ( ish )........ I have a T-Mobile Sagem X-5 which has been a splendid piece of equipment...but alas the battery is dying ( and yes I have re-charged it ).
On the battery is:- Sagem 188421922
SAJN-SN2 351/04

Any ideas where I can acquire a replacement battery..this one is not holding its charge
