Well luckily for me I'm based on the very western edge of W-ton so am within SJ's catchment area, I know a few riders from Halesowen so I'll ask them if they have any suggestions for future reference down by you

Sticky Jim, great service and a bloody good price. Punctured rear on 1200rt yesterday. New bridgestone Fitted at my home address £145.00 all in. Cheaper than my local dealers:bounce1:bounce1

I was stranded in Barcelona last Summer with a flat. With the help of a local tyre repair shop we used the equivalent of the BMW puncture repair kit. Took 10 mins and they were adamant that the repair was good for the life of the tyre and there were no speed restrictions. I gently built the speeds back up and soon forgot all about the repair. It didnt lose any pressure for the next 3k miles. The kit is great. Spend some time reading up before you get a puncture but it will prevent you being stranded and that has to be good thing.
