Got a JVC HD camcorder (fer work) - records in .mod files which Windowzz doesn't recognise.

Can I convert to somthing media player will cope with .mp4 etc?

If so - how/where?

Can't - need everyone to be able to play the stuff on their work PCs with standard XP - i.e. Windoze Mediaplayer.
