hello bryan from sunderland here[james mate] i know it is a bit late but could you let me know some details about morroco trip as i may be able to go if poss, are you going on bike or are you going in luxury 4 wheel drive,i know james is going on ferry santander, are the bikes going this way, thanks for any help you can give, yours, bryan

Could you tell me who your policy is with. I'm with Carole Nash and the best they offered me for Morrocco was with Norwich Union, at the appropriate cost.

I'm sure it was Norwich Union aswell not the cheapest

I have just renewed with CN - policy is with Royal and Sun Alliance - £30 cheaper than NU. Green Card arrived today - at no extra cost (3rd party cover only)

bennetts do not cover morocco just tried to get it in my policy.

Need some help! Looking for a UK insurance company that offers third party or fully comp insurance for my bike for the 5 days i'm out in Morocco! I know i can get it on the border but i'm not sure how much a week costs or if you have to buy a whole month?

My bike insurer is bennents and it may be the best thing to do is change to a company that offer a little more? Any advise would be greatly appriciated!

I just insured with NIG via Carole Nash fully comp insurance in Morroco £18 per seven days of fully comp cover on top of the normal premium.

Carol Nash charged me ermm ???? about £18 for 2 weeks fully comp for Steptoes Ride till you Die Run April 2006

Hi, currently have my insurance through Motorrad - NIG. They gave me two green cards last year for Morocco. One for my journey down to W Africa and one for the journey back. Third party cover only. No charge.

Rang insurers today but, like you, was told no cover for Morocco despite the fact that I have the two green certs from Sept/Nov last year. Will follow that up and let you know if anything develops.
