Ha, you'll get bored! I'm new to all this off road malarkey so will probably ride like a snail with a brick tied to it's arse!

I guess I'll be able to take in all the lovely scenery as I trundle along though

Just ride at a pace you're happy with, having fun and can maintain for eight hours, it's too dangerous a place ride at anything beyond that for too long.

We'll have a chat about all that stuff over some Rioja when we meet up in Spain

I get in on a late flight Sunday Tim, so you'll probably have had a lot of Rioja by then
Might need my briefing on the ferry instead!
