You'll have to find a new name mush. Steptoe has the Morocco Dash name patented up to buffers and he won't be a happy man knowing you are blatantly using this. He's evil when he's angry so you have been warned....................

I was thinking the same dash covering the same weekend, kind of.
Leaving Calais 0800 Sat 31st March - 2 days to Algeciras.
Algeciras to Ceuta on the Monday 2nd April
5 days in Morocco doing the main sites as previous dash's and cross back over Fri 6th or Sat7th April (Easter weekend)
And then last time people made their own routes/times back depending on what they wanted to do.

£180 for the road tolls
£600 fuel - expensive in France
£110 ferry to Morocco
£60 Tunnel crossing
Big part of cost was accomodation and food which I'm sure could be a lot cheaper, but hotels had secure parks :-
£510 (£60x9) a night for hotels, unless you share
£225 (£25x9) food & drink

My costs of my last morrocan dash was a minimum of £1800. And that was for just 9 days.
The first dash was around £1400 (2006).

I'm interested! This would be my 3rd time in Morocco. Will this be an off-road / piste trip or more tarmac?

The Dash has usually been road based but there is no set agenda/timings.

Im interested ,if its not too late in the day,any more info as to set up or procedure ? Iv done Europe numerous times ,but have never done a Morrocco trip.

It's not too late until the day after they've gone
Procedure is if you want to go just say so and turn up.It's usually a Good Friday departure via the tunnel but I'll probably be going by boat to Santander and meeting up en route.

Anone any idea how long you need left in your passport for entering Morrocco ?,mines expires July

I don't know but why not get it done now? They'll add the remaining time to your new passport. I've just done mine.
