So I'll probably go with a "professionally" organised group, then I won't worry about impinging on someone elses holiday.
Or spend the next year practicing, all the threads on this and other sites surely indicate to me that the best fun is to be had off tarmac. But I guess that may be an easy assumption for someone who enjoys off roading and I appreciate it's not for everyone.
It may be a trap some fall into, buy an ADV watch the LWR, get the TT gear only to find it can be hard, you don't like it, it can damage your bike and hurt.
So best only do what you really enjoy, I don't do track days because of the above
