Insurance

Has any one sorted or looked into bike insurance for this trip yet.
My bikes are are with BMW insurance will give them a call this week to see if they will issue a green card for Morocco.

When we went last year we were going to get insurance at the border.
The office was closed so we didn't bother, the officials at the border didn't even ask for it.

Ferry crossing

Six weeks to go guys , I've been checking ferry crossing to Tanger Med port and its looking like we will have an early start on Monday 31st as we need to be in Algeciras port for 8am crossing.

Ferry to Morocco

I have been having a look at the ferry crossing to Morocco,as Tim informs me that the first day in Morocco will be a long one and we need to get across the water early the plan is as follows.

ferry from Algerciras to Tanger Med port this will give us a short road ride to the first off road trail.

The ferry departs at 0800 hours on 31/03/2014 arrival time in Morocco is 0830 hours local time.

We will need to be up at 0500 hours, set of from Estepona at 0600 hours. ( not to much drinking the night before)

I have sent a PM to you all with the ferry booking information, I booked today the return cost 90euro.
Please check your PM and book ASAP to ensure we are all on the ferry at the same time!
