A genuine lover of BMW and knows his stuff, it was a pleasure to have some proper customer service.

A shop that cares with great staff that actualy welcome you in.

Couldn't agree more!

Marcin (sp?) gave me a fantastic deal on a new autocom at the weekend then got me a couple of parts for my bike overnighted up yesterday.

Service and parts guys seem to be enthusiastic and very helpful

As a result, I booked my 6k service with them, I'm sure that the positive experience will be continued.

Friendly, informative and they all ride bikes!!!

That sounds good. I just paid £208 at Mill BMW Sunderland (they like to call it West Bolden, but to me it's Sunderland!) Mind I did pay £245 for a 6,000 mil and annual service...ouch, but they had me over a barrel, as I needed it quick! Why do I need two services done at teh same time??
