Not me, but the quality looks good and it seems to do a proper job of it rather than the more common ad-hoc type ones. £569 is a lot of dosh though.
I normally find that by the time my right wrist starts to ache it's time for a fuel stop anyway! :)

Peter I need to try something, i can only travel about 12 miles before numbness creeps in due to carpal tunnel

I fitted risers to see if that would help but no joy.I took out an rt with cruise control and it was a joy to get the hand of the throttle to get circulation again.I thought about the bar end cruise control, but once the numbness sets in you cant move any fingers at all. This is basically my last resort or a case of giving up the motorcycle for a few years. The waiting list for the operation is 2 years to survey then additional waiting time for the operation either way nh and private. It looks a good system and i spoke to bmw regarding fitting and they recon about 2 hours labour.I wanted them to do it as the bike is new and I did not want to give them an opportunity when it came to warranty issues.

so if anyone is reading this, any feedback on the system, the warranty and backup service from this company would be highly appreciated
