Hi All

I'm new here (been lurking for a while).. but I thought I'd sign up and share a happy service experience at MCE. My chain broke on Saturday last on the way back up from the enduro event nr Selkirk, the helpful AA folk dropped off my bike at MCE
on Saturday evening. I called MCE on Tuesday morning and sorted out a date for
fix and give it an annual service the date was set for Tues 22nd, allow time fo get parts and first available slot. Well I'm just back from picking my bike up today Friday
18th ! I'm stoked means I get to ride up to Tain this weekend to see friends rather than getting the bus/train. So a big thanks to all at MCE.

service,not interested

fork seal goes on 1150,oil on disc cant ride bike as I would get a prohibition notice,order a seal from them because they dont have any(very suprised they dont have one considering applications)told 4 days,ask surely could be got next day? no,okay.8 days later still no seal "our delivery has gone missing".Phone up Mottarad west to see if they have one,no,explain that I have ordered from Mottarad east and thier orders gone missing"oh thats because its been delivered here" by this point cant be bothered to ask why they havent bothered to tell their other branch they have the missing order,just want my seal.Manage to persuade them to open the order,guess what ? no seal.Abysmal service,phone motorworks 14hours later bike is fixed.Will I buy my next bike from them?NO.Would I trust a company thats so badly organized to even look at one of my bikes?NO.Three days later someone phones ,I presume to say they have my seal,but I am 400 miles away in the place I needed to be 12 days earlier......
