whats hapened at bishopbrigs ?very dificult toget anybody on phone.returned my streetgaurd 2 jacket for warranty claim 2 weeks ago.left four messages for scott before he got in touch, only to be told he would get back to me the next day.suprise suprise he did not.anybody else having problems with them?

have been dealing with them since they opened.never had aproblem with them before it just pi....s me off that ihad to call four times and leave a message .before my call was returned.called today left message for him.he did not call me back .managed to drop in onway back from dundee,to be told i did not call you back as i was waiting until your jacket came in.

Just had my bike my bike in for a service, mot and tyre change yesterday and very efficient and friendly service as usual. Was on my way again before noon.

Was also in on Saturday as I was passing and Scott was extremely busy, but did see him on the phone to customers near finishing time. Personally I always say I will phone back myself anywhere where somebody says they will get back to me. That way the onus is on me and they also know that I will phone back so they need to get the information by then. However Scott has certainly got back to me with info anytime I have phoned. Maybe I was just lucky and he wasn't just as run off his feet then.

Just wish I hadn't believed the weather forecast, 0% chance of rain, I suppose that didn't include hailstones
