MOTORRAD CONCEPTS (Dutchman)

Went over to Edinburgh today and met Dutchman (Motorrad Concepts) who supplied and fitted a very noisy ( ) horn to my 1150. It reminds me of a Co-op travelling shop that I used to work on in the early 70's. No one will ignore you if you sound this baby!...

Now, I realise that this won't be the bigggest sale his company will have this year but I thought I'd put a post on just to mention how pleased I was with the service provided.

P.S. If I had a 1200 I would have been sorely tempted to go on a spending spree...Motorrad Concepts have got some seriously good kit...

I'm pretty sure it was you, I recognised the bike and the red Rallye jacket with a black or very dark grey lid.

I was clad in a coat of VW's finest galvanised steel, in a rather fetching shade of metallic silver grey.

Ronno have you had it fitted without the relay? fitted mine last night blown a couple of 7.5 amp fuses already.any chance of a photo of yours mounted i'm still modifying a bracket for mine

I know that Dutch had to replace the original fuse with a bigger one. I'll try and get a pic of the bracket he supplied and fitted (all included in the price I might add ) tomorrow for you...

...nice motor...I like Golfs a lot and am looking to get rid of my Beemer Touring next year and going back to a TDi

In which case I'd recommend a wee trip to Star Performance to have a few more horsepower installed.....
