VINES OF GUILDFORD have a new sparkling show room. As with all BMW dealerships, the staff are great. The bikes have space around them too. Check out clothing while your there. The other great thing is that BMWBIKEBITS is just accross the road.
SUNDAY AUGUST 1st RIDEOUT TO BIKEDAY AT GOODWOOD Vines of Guildford are organising a ride out to Goodwood, park up all the beemers together then breakfast then spend the day looking, touching and spending.
If anyone wants to meet up at Newlands (A25)- depart 7.30am to arrive @ 7.45am at Vines all together in style, let me know below. Trying to get around groups of 12riders to ride together. More groups the better.

Well I don't know about the above ~all I do know first hand is that they have treated me in a friendly proffesional manner. Maybe a slip up on communication once but apart from the hiccup they are in my opinion very good. They have sourced parts and looked after me very well. It looks like they have had a shake up in the organisation and are moving forward.

This is a common characteristic of many motorcycle dealers, not just BMW - I'm sure that a little training in how to deal with customers would go a long way to improving sales.

There's an easy way to deal with that - give 'em a call before you leave.
