you better fish it out of the bin - if you close the account and fail to return the device they will charge you. If you simply do not use it, after two years of non-use they levy an admin fee of 10 euros. I got the latter during Covid.
Make the bike the main user. I bet they wont charge a car at class 5

i just emailed them when i got mischarged, they corrected it and refunded money asap
I think i only encountered one no bikes lane, which i was was initially heading for , it was only when i saw the / line through it i diverted to a ""t"" lane
I think i only stopped once, most of the barriers went up before i got to them

Very quick question. We are driving down through France and into Spain next May in the car, but I am also hoping to get across on the bike again from next year onwards. For intermittent use which is the best tag to go for?

There’s no better brand as such so just have a look who has the best offer on when you buy, also check the fee for the months when you use the tag (I’ve just seen Eurotunnel are selling the emovis tag but their fees look expensive compared to others)
Also decide where you might use it, some can include just Spain and Portugal, others also Italy
Thanks I'll hit Google when I have a spare 5mins might be better to get more coverage for other places if I register for one now as not sure what the future might hold
Has anyone ever purchased a Telepass for motorways in Europe? They do not post to UK but my sister lives in Austria so will send it to there and get her to post here.

Some / many of the providers are happy to post to the UK. Emovis / Sanef have a UK office, based in the barren north.
I’m quite confident you cannot get a Telepass without an Italian bank account.
You should use one of the French counterparts. As mentioned in the posta above, they do Italy as well.
