4000 miles ago I bought a set of EBC discs, pads and mounting hardware from Motorworks.
At the end of last week I returned all the above to Motorworks as the discs were warped. Now EBC guarantee their discs against warping provided you use their pads as well. I was only expecting (hopefully) a refund on the cost of the discs.
Well, today, I received a complete refund from Motorworks, covering the discs, pads and mounting hardware. So thanks Motorworks, service beyond and above what would be expected

. very quick service and most helpfull on the phone.A lot of larger dealers could learn from them, the meaning of customer service.
