M&P was a bit of a shambles although the tech was fine but no confidence his work order was ever what I had booked
Dick lovet had a dick as a service manager he may have had a sideways promotion since my experience of his moronic knuckle dragging bullshit
Steve will use oils that exceed minimum standards of BMW
