Mount suitable for a Nuvi 205....on a bicycle!!!

This may not sound as daft or over the top as it sounds....

....I'm after a ram, or similar, mount to use on a bicycle!

It's a Nuvi 205, and I'm after a mount with an arm, to raise it up from the handlebars, to aid travel in London and other cities.

I've googled it, and looked on e-bay, and they either seem made of plastic, with reviews stating that they can break, fixed by a thumb screw.

...or a holder cable tied to the handlebars.

...or something OTT and looks like apmething off a Nasa shuttle!

I'm after something like the first one, but with a more substantial construction, and more permanent fixing.

I used similar with a nuvi 250 on a motorbike without any problems at all
Only problem on a bicycle is that the battery on these things doesn't last long

Thanks very much for that...not ideal....but worth a go, and definately better than any I've seen so far.

As for the battery life....it's not a problem....my energy levels don't last long either!
