I recorded on my Puter an MP3 CD and tried it in my car, it is recognised as MP3 and plays one track but will not play any others nor move forward or back etc. :nenau But plays great in Windows Media Player. Help?:bow

What software did you use to import and burn the audio tracks to mp3? Do you know what settings you used?
As far as I know Windows Media Player. No idea as to settings, thanks for reply, I'll try Honda but as I said the unit comes up with CD MP3 so presumably it recognises MP3 only plays one track, not even the first :nenau:nenau

Are you sure the tracks you burned are MP3? Althought I don't use Windows Media Player I think the default is .wma.

To change the ripping to mp3 .....
In Windows Media Player go to.....
the little arrow under "Burn" .. More options.
Then go to "Rip Music". Under "Format" you'll see a dropn down that will give you mp3 as an option.

They might be OGG or FLAC files or something else that your stereo doesn't recognise. It might only be that one file that is an mp3 file.
