I use MS Outlook Calendar but my company wants me to use the calendar in Lotus Notes as it can be shared with other "team" members

I've looked at the import/export options in both applications and I can't find a common format to allow me to export all my entries from Outlook into Lotus Notes.

Anyone ever done this?

You might be able to do this
1. export from Outlook into CSV format
2. Use Excel to convert CSV into Wk1 ( which is a Lotus format I think)
3. Import Wk1 into Lotus

but Outlook usually makes a bollocks of the formatting when you export stuff so you might be better off doing it by hand.

You might try MS Activesync - you can download it free from MS website. It enables various synchronisation possibilities and if you sync it once then you can just carry on in Lotus notes afterwards. I have used this for my palmtop running windows CE and my desktop running lotus notes.

Depending on the Domino version your company is running, Domino servers (the server for Notes) has a native Outlook interface, allowing Outlook people to continue using their software on a Domino server, but... it needs to be done at the server level.

Alternative is Imap interface.
