The multi-controller for controlling the Navigator V went on the blink today, the forwards / backwards scroll still functions but the left / right push action yields no response. Is this a common problem? My bike is a 2013 model with 21240 km on the clock.

I had mine stop working for a while, it had gone into car mode.
Try reselecting the motorcycle mode, remove and reconnect to mount and clean the spring contacts.

Good advice, apply electrical contact cleaner & lube to pins on mounting, mine did this a couple of times whilst relatively new, all good now though..

I removed the Navigator form the bike, removed the battery from the Navigator and allowed it to stay without the battery for 10 minutes. The reassembled it and now it is working again with the multi-controller. The joys of electronics.:D
