Fresh MOT on the 27 year old GS yesterday, passed with flying colours! Such a great machine. Had a bumble round Surrey / West Sussex after.

You’ve a similar stable too me. A 22 year old 1150 GS and a 2018 R nine T urban. Love them both for different reasons

Nice one and you've just reminded me to spray my now scruffy (sorry Vern...) silver wheels black... I used to keep going on all the silver on previous 11GS victims but yours looks good as is... Iconic shape, still looks the biz after 30 years and I gave mine a quick wash Saturday before a 75 mile local bumble yesterday on shitty back roads... Well it was the thought that counts... Felt near on perfect balance for handling such shittiness and just minds me to keep it this time...

Nice! I bought a 1999 1100GS in August that had been sat for 14 years until this year, its got a few quirks and some work needed, but for some reason I absolutely love it!

Honestly the handling surprises me everytime, its amazing! The Hub and rim are sprayed black on mine, with black covers on the spokes.
