I connected my aux lights to the headlight main beam wire, replaced the tank, and .... nothing.

Off side pot trys to run, nothing from the near side pot.

Good spark at both plugs (new plugs).

Fuel being sprayed from both injectors (fresh fuel).

All fuses good.

Surely all you need is fuel and a spark?

Why won't it run? :nenau

me me me me me my turn.

Your throttle body cable isn't seated properly

if you have had the tank off check if the throttle cable has jumped out of its adjuster on the RHS thus unbalancing the throttle bodies
do a search lots of pictures

:)

Throttle cable seated ok.

Here is a very strange twist, when I unseat the nearside cable, the offside pot runs a little better (still nothing from the nearside)!!

Both throttle cables seated correctly, engine not running.

...and I hope that you put a relay and separate power feed in there, or you will get instant melt-down of the loom and/or switchgear as soon as you use them...

Or perhaps that is what has happened?
