Im hopping the answer to this isnt go visit the dealer.

I disconnected the clocks from a can bus system. The ignition was off.
Connected it again the engine fires but not computer display and the clocks dont work.

Iv checked the one connection and thats good.
Where did i go wrong?

No hold on ignore me found the other connecter. . . .sorry

Muppet.

I'm guessing that perhaps you should have disconnected the battery before disconnecting the instrument cluster.

You could try to disconnect and reconnect the battery, interrupting the power supply across the CAN network may allow the ZFE to look for the other controllers when it reboots (just a hopeful guess).

Edit: Posted your reply whilst I was typing.

Does it work now ??

Ya all sorted now.

I was just fitting a resistor in series with the side light. I did this because i fitted an LED side light. The computer naturally thought the bulb had blown.
The resistor fools the CanBus into thinking the bulb is ok.

Even with only half a brain I am clevererer than CanBus!
