I have to say I'm green with jealousy! The HP2 Sport is gorgeous I mentioned it to my dealer today and he was flabergasted that there was one on the UK roads at all so I'm sure yours is currently way more exclusive than the Desmo.

Have you ridden the standard R1200S at all? It'd be interesting to read a comparison.

I haven’t ridden the R1200S, so I can compare. But the HP2's engine and gearbox is nothing like my tuned R1200GS. The close ratio gears are sweet and you can feel the extra 30 odd horses trying to let rip.
