You Sir are local to me! I also saw the famous handshake pic with you and Kirk on Williams facebook.

Is that the 650 twin? Or am I guessing wrong?

She looks a beaut!

F650 twin!!!

It sure is f650 twin, 12 months old next month, 460miles on the clock!!!!, I have been drooling over owning one for a few years.

Rides lovely:thumb:clap

Very nice, there is plenty of farkles to be had!

I've been thinking about getting a set of varios for my 650gs, let us know how you get on with them!

Nice!
I've got a 2009 with more than 50K kms on the clock.
Think about an AirHawk. It will change the seat from a torture device to an all day and more comfortable seat for about $99 bucks.
A bigger windshield is a great idea, you can use the stock one for digging clams at the beach.
A headlight guard is a must, if not, that stone will cost you about $500 bucks.
A set of crash bars is a good idea.
Don't forget either a sump guard or at least a protector for the oil filter and the heat exchanger beside it.
I didn't like the BMW comfort seat as it limits your movement on the bike with the little step it has in it. But that's just me.:rob

Very nice new toy, I like those F650GS twins :thumby:

The main bitts you are already searching for in the wanted section, I see from the picture you already have hand guard/lever protectors.

the tall screen makes the ride more of a joy :thumb

Engine bars are a must insurance as is the sump/bash plate if your going orf road. maybe bar risers, pegs, better tyres.

I still have the gouges from the stella in my bash plate. hand guards and engine bars have been restored to former glory from the 4 slow motion hardly moving at all offs, 3 and 4 was part of the 2nd really.

lots of other bitts to be had, but a personal to each riders wants and needs, look through the relevant sections lots of opinions and ideas some nice bits. some already mentioned above.
I have some of this nice stuff, HERE

For distant/time in the saddle I have the TT high touring seat but, the air hawk is bliss and the lambs fleece is cooling :D

Enjoy :beerjug: Biarritz blue if I'm not mistaken, I like it........... :D :D :D

I see your off for the stella, hence my mentioning. in the rally would be different , I went up in the sun, with one other bike came down in the dark :eek me and one other amongst a few other things I learnt 1. you can shake tea out of a tea bag and 2. eat my dust is not just a saying :D .

Just about to start looking for such a beast for my wife. As soon as she sells her Kawasaki. That is a really nice colour.

I have not been to Williams, must check them out, we are probably mid way between there and Cheshire.

Thanks for the feedback guys, love the bike, love the colour, not seen many, Williams bmw are great, nice people, good service made the purchase very simple. The Bling list is getting bigger by the minute lol, all the more important with a view to protecting the bike ready for the stella in July.
