The full system will cause it to surge badly at very low speed / loads (about 1700 - 2000rpm on a steady throttle) the cheapest fix is an ECU Re-flash which also removes fly by wire restrictions, this can be done to accommodate the full system and is much cheaper than a power commander setup, mine has the slightest surging at about 1900rpm now, but easy to ride around.
A dyno setup PC3 with O2 optimisers can sort fuelling perfectly but will not remove the restrictions in 1st - 3rd, and with setup time probably cost about twice as much as the Flash (£350 for ECU Flash)
Just fitting cans is OK without changing fuelling, but only gives another 2-3 BHP, the full system with Flash will add at least 10BHP and give more power right through the range with far freer breathing up top, mine is a completely different beast to stock
More power at 6k than the stocker flat out, and still 10BHP up on stocker 750rpm into the redline, stock mine felt like it was starting to run out of puff at 6.5k (you can see rate of power increase tailing here on the OE motor) now it pulls in a totally linear fashion right up to, and beyond the redline, maybe not as fast as latest WC GS in a straight line drag, but the low-mid range pull and part throttle response is awesome.
