New spokes, are they still torx head adjustment? I'm not a subscriber so can't get pm's either but would be interested in the cost. Scabby wheels can spoil any car/bike regardless of how nice the rest of it is.

Why is the wheels refurb cost on PM only?

Recently moved and looking for work. As I was self employed I'm not entitled to any help from the goverment. I was only interested as a guide so when I find work I can allocate some funds to farkles. Until that point there is no spare cash.
I'm happy to start a whip round for you, I'll start things rolling with 50p![]()
That's kind of you. When that's done can you help with my road tax as well, not ridden it since September!

Wheels look great.
The wheels on my 2011 Adventure are no longer looking their best, please PM me the details of your refurb.
I did get a quote from a place in Devon, worked out about £650. Interested in how that compares to your costs.
Many thanks.

Total cost inc vat was £702
Process was:-
> Dis-assembly of both wheels into component parts
> Rims were stripped & anodised
> 2 x new sets of plated spokes
> Hubs were stripped & painted
> Full re-assembly & tru-ing
