natty little gearbox oil filler/window

ages ago i saw somewhere a thing you screwed into your gearbox filler plug ole that allowed you to see the oil level without removing the plug and also top it up somehow. anybody know what im on about...

nope... the have you tried the german sites... like siebenrock, boxer toko, um... there are a few more that carry that kind of stuff... boxxerparts....motoren israel etc.

Boxer supplies do one but it looks pretty vulnerable to being kicked.

The one Vern mentions looks a much better option.

You missed that they also do the gearbox oil sight glass. There is two types. I have the sight glass on Gus. Works well. But remember that you'll need to tip the bike slightly to use it (if you fill the gearbox to correct levels).
