Oil Filler Cap

I need to top up my oil but I cant undo the filler cap. The pce in the tool kit just turns around without catching.
Any ideas please.

Try using the handle off a screwdriver.

only recently discovered that there was a tool in the tool kit to open it. I've been using the ignition key quite successfully for the last 9 months. not an exact fit, but pretty close.
