just bought NAUTILUS horn from nippy Normans, can you just plug and play on 06GSA, or do you have to use a relay wired to battery

Maybe.............:nenau

Nippy also sells a wiring harness/connector to connect the new horn to the original wiring so you don't need to cut wires and make joins, the NN harness is not cheap but it's plug and play, doesn't register fault codes and is easy to revert back to the original horn if you sell the bike or take on a new career delivering pizza ;)

It will pull too many amps, the brain will recognise this as a problem and shut it down. You will need a seperate relay and power from the battery or a fusebox. You can connect the NN cable to the OEM horn connector to use as the trigger wire to the relay if you don't want to alter the wiring.
